Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a reservation for boarding?
Yes. To make sure we have a kennel ready for your dog, we require reservations for all boarding stays. Please contact us as early as possible, especially for holidays and weekends.
What vaccinations are required?
For everyone’s safety, all dogs must be up to date on core vaccinations as required by local guidelines (including rabies and distemper/parvo). Please bring proof of vaccinations before your dog’s stay.
Can I bring my dog’s own food and bedding?
Absolutely. We encourage you to bring your dog’s regular food and any special diet instructions to keep their tummy happy. You may also bring a favorite blanket or toy for comfort.
How often will my dog go outside?
Dogs are let out for regular potty breaks and supervised outdoor time throughout the day. Frequency may vary based on your dog’s needs, the weather and our schedule, but all dogs get plenty of chances to go out.
What if my dog needs medication?
We can give most medications according to your vet’s instructions. Please bring the medication in its original container with clear directions, and let us know about any health concerns in advance.
